Strengthening Human Resources Management in Financial Institutions
Our Experience
Technical Assistance in Human Resources Engineering for Fondation Al Karama MC, Morocco (APP/Millenium, 2012).
As part of the modernization and professionalization of its support functions, Al Karama MC asked HORUS to help the foundation engineer its key human resources processes. The following work is ongoing :
- Strengthening the recruitment process
- Design of a career management process
- Setting up an appraisal process
- A skills assessment survey
- Setting up a training plan, and capacity building
Human Resources Department audit and implementation support for a new HR organisation structure at Amret, Cambodia (Amret, 2012).
In order to help the institution tackle inefficiency in the Human Resources Department, HORUS worked on the following subjects:
- Analysis of the content and organisation of the HR Department’s processes
- Analysis of the workforce and its structure within the HR Department
- Satisfaction survey on HR Department services conducted with General Management, selected managers and staff
- Diagnosis of the organisation and functioning of the HR Department with recommendations on organisation structure and process optimization
- Implementation support for the new HR organization structure and creation of a new HR Business Partner function.
