The MUCODEC Federation consisted of a network of 45 local branches and points of sale and had 355,000 members at end November 2019. It is the leading network in the Republic of the Congo in terms of members. The Federation provides technical and financial assistance to the network.
It has selected HORUS DF to provide strategic and technical support to the Managing Directorate and general support through short-term expertise assignments in specific domains, notably:
- Administrative and Financial Management
- Human Resources
- Internal Control and Risk Management
